1 Introduction

2 Definitions

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person acting in your own capacity, not as an agent, representative, or nominee of another party.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform by Pirate777 or by any court, regulatory body, or self-exclusion programme you have voluntarily enrolled in.
• You have the legal right and capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by any applicable law or regulation.
• You are not a current or recent employee, contractor, or director of Pirate777, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless Pirate777 has granted explicit written consent.

4 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify Pirate777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

Pirate777 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant, or to close an Account at any time, at our sole discretion, without being required to state a reason, subject to the return of verified Real Money Funds where applicable.

5 Terms of Use

Your use of the Platform is subject to the following conditions at all times:

• You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and recreational entertainment purposes.
• You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the integrity or performance of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• You acknowledge that all betting and gaming outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer products, by real-time dealer actions in licensed studio environments. Pirate777 does not manipulate or interfere with game outcomes.
• You accept that the Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control. Pirate777 will make reasonable efforts to notify Users of planned maintenance in advance.
• Any bets placed and accepted by the Platform are final and binding, subject only to the specific cancellation provisions set out in our applicable game-specific rules and these Terms.
• Pirate777 reserves the right to void any bet or transaction found to be the result of technical error, system malfunction, erroneous odds publication, or fraudulent activity.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the User's own name. Pirate777 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your Wallet within 60 seconds for e-wallets and FPX, and within 10–60 minutes for cryptocurrency transactions depending on network confirmation times.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• All applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived balances may be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal requests must not exceed your applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limit. Limits are displayed within your Account dashboard.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as your verified Pirate777 Account.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) are typically processed within 24 hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to on-chain confirmation times.

Pirate777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays of up to 5 business days in exceptional circumstances. Users will be notified promptly of any such review.

6.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. Pirate777 may apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with its internal dormancy policy. Prior notification will be sent to the registered email address before any fees are applied.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by Pirate777 are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. In addition to those specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all offers:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance within your Wallet and are distinct from Real Money Funds.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed in full before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Standard Wagering Requirements are stated on each individual promotion page.
• In cases where a User holds both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, Real Money Funds will be used for wagers first, unless the User specifically selects otherwise as permitted by the Platform's interface.
• Bonus offers are available to one Account per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same offer multiple times through multiple Accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in Account suspension.
• Pirate777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, provided that such modification does not adversely affect a Wagering Requirement already in progress.
• Bonuses have an expiry period specified on the relevant promotion page. Uncompleted Wagering Requirements will result in the forfeiture of any remaining Bonus Balance upon expiry.

8 Responsible Gambling

Pirate777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help Users maintain control of their gaming behaviour. The following responsible gambling provisions apply to all Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account dashboard. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Limits: Users may set session time reminders that prompt a break notification after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may apply for temporary self-exclusion (periods of 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Users of time elapsed and amount wagered during the current session.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including Real Money Funds where fraud is established), and potential legal action:

1. Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated system to place wagers, harvest data, or interfere with the Platform's operation.

6. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the Platform's underlying source code, algorithms, or proprietary systems.
7. Harassing, abusing, or threatening Pirate777 staff or other Users in any communication channel.
8. Using a VPN or other IP-masking technology to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.

Pirate777 employs fraud detection systems that continuously monitor Account activity. Users found to be in breach of this clause will be notified via their registered email address. Pirate777's determination on matters of prohibited conduct is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.

10 Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, imagery, text, graphics, logos, audio-visual elements, and user interface designs on the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Pirate777 or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Use any Pirate777 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any Platform content on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of Pirate777's intellectual property may result in legal proceedings. Third-party game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio or content provider.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pirate777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services.
• Any loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill arising from technical failures, network issues, or system errors beyond Pirate777's reasonable control.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information published on the Platform, including but not limited to betting odds, game RTP information, or promotional materials.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Pirate777's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that User in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, less any withdrawals made during that period.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Pirate777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other matter where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12 Amendments

Pirate777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Users via:

• A prominent notice on the Platform homepage or login page.
• An email notification to the registered email address associated with your Account, where practically possible.

Amended Terms will take effect 7 days after the date of publication unless the amendment is required urgently for legal or regulatory compliance reasons, in which case it may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with the Account Closure provisions.

13 Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Platform, shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable international standards for online gaming platforms and the relevant laws applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute, Pirate777 and the User shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication. Pirate777 undertakes to acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 calendar days, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
